          Congratulations to Dr. Hyung Seok "David" Jeong

Dr. Jeong, Asistant Professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Oklahoma Sate University,  received the 2010 CII Outstanding Researcher of the Year Award at the Annual CII Conference in Orlando, Florida on August 5, 2010. This award is considered one of the most prestigious awards for researchers in the construction engineering and project management field.
